We spent a week celebrating Matariki! We learnt about different ways to celebrate Maori new year like flying kites and having a party!

Autumn!
Autumn!
In Autumn, we went and looked at trees. We learnt a poem about leaves, it was called "Autumn leaves" and went
Autumn leaves are
falling down, falling down, falling down
Autumn leaves are falling down,
Red, yellow, orange and brown.
We took lots of photos of us playing in the leaves and then we wrote about them.

Term 2
In room 27, term 2, we did lots of fun things.
When there were just five of us, we explored the school and got to know out way around.
We loved the playground!
